This system provides quick and precise cleanliness measurements of printed circuit assemblies, bare boards, and other electro-mechanical devices. Its ease of use and dynamic results in all three of the leading ionic tester equivalency formats, make the Zero-Ion tester the choice of electronics manufacturers all over the world
Aqueous Technologies stencil Washers utilize precisely controlled sound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste and uncured adhesives from stencils, screens and misprints. Ultrasonic energy
is gentle enough not to damage delicate parts and is highly effective in the removal of dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils. Aqueous Technologies' semi-automatic ultrasonic stencil cleaning systems are all designed to accommodate stencils, screens or misprinted assemblies up to 29" x 29" (736mm x 736mm).
The Eco-Cycler captures, filters, re-deionizes, and reuses rinse water from Aqueous Technologies defluxing systems. Utilizing this system alleviates the requirement for a drain and is an environmentally/fiscally responsible solution
All Trident models are equipped with advanced statistical process control capabilities. Assemblies may be scanned with Tridents barcode scanning capabilities as they are loaded into the cleaning chamber. Relevant process data including date/time, set and actual cleaning parameters including set and actual cleanliness are recorded automatically. An operator may enter an assembly's serial number and retrieve the SPC report at any time. Trident's networking capabilities allow remote viewing of all historical SPC data.
